Crossroads Victory Church is on 19th Street West, past the western edge of the city. Like the Canadian Reformed congregation east of town, the building is just outside the city limits, in Georgian Bluffs, and the church says so itself: it gives its address as Georgian Bluffs and warns that satellite navigation may not find it under Owen Sound.

One service is held each Sunday at ten, with a children's programme and a nursery running alongside it. The congregation also keeps an unusually full week of prayer: Sunday morning before the service, Sunday evening, and Thursday morning, with men's and women's groups midweek.
